Day 1: Arrival in Bangkok

Upon your arrival at the airport, meet our representative depending on destination – they will be holding a sign with your surname. Enjoy a convenient, hassle-free transfer to your accommodation.
Day 2: Discover Bangkok Ultimate Family Fun Private Tour (B/L)
Begin the tour at the Museum of Siam. The museum itself is set inside a gorgeous neoclassical house. A museum tour reveals several exhibitions displaying the Thai people’s national identity, history, and relationships with neighbouring cultures. The museum is highly engaging and interactive, providing the opportunity to have fun and learn simultaneously. Afterwards, hop on a traditional longtail boat to meander through the quaint canals taking in Bangkok’s quieter side on the Thonburi side of the Chao Phraya River. Visit the Artist Village, a small, charming community known as Klong Bangluang and be refreshed with an iced coffee and a local noodle or pad thai lunch. Explore the craft shop and the local temple while the kids can be entertained by painting and feeding the fish. Conclude the tour with a walk through the quiet and small lane to Bangpai MRT Station that connects to the Skytrain network.

Day 3: Free Day at Leisure (B)
Day 4: Bangkok – Toddy Palm Village – Hua Hin (B/L)
After breakfast and check-out from hotel before driving to Hua Hin, the famous summer beach destination of Thailand. Along the way, you will stop by the community-based tourism – Toddy Palm Village in Phetburi where the villager plants the toddy palm and develop varieties of product such as food, dessert, weaving appliance, and competition kites, etc. You will have a chance to hand on crafting and tasting some product of the city.
First stop at the ancients’ caves, you will find the black Buddha statue which is the mind center of villagers. Admire the beautiful buddha inside the cave before hopping to the local truck for your journey though village begin! Your vehicle will drive through multiple traditional Thai housing to beautiful Toddy Palm Garden. Here, you will learn and see people climb up to harvest the toddy palm, then short briefing about this amazing fruit which we can develop mostly part to varieties products. Take a short break with a glass of coffee/ or palm juice with toddy palm topping. Next, lunch at community chef’s restaurant with signature toddy palm dish included. In the afternoon, continue to dessert making house to hand on Toddy Palm Cake which is the OTOP of city! Then, move to the Thai Kites Makers who will teach you crafting Thai traditional kite for playing on your bleach leisure.

Day 5: WFFT Wildlife Rescue Half Day Tour (B/L)
Make the morning tour to visit WFFT Wildlife Rescue Centre was found by Dutch-born Edwin Wiek in early 2001, the centre is dedicated to the rescue and rehabilitation of wild animals previously exploited as pets or within the tourism industry. Upon arrival, follow the lead of your dedicated guide for the day to visit some of the 400 or so rescued animals that now call this place home. Hear the stories, learn about the conservation work, and get up close with the wide range of exotic species. Lunch at local Thai food restaurant before saying goodbye to our Giants friends and heading to beach destination stay in Hua Hin.
Day 6: Vana Nava Water Jungle Park (B/D)
After breakfast at the hotel, meet your guide and hop on private transfer to Vana Nava Water Jungle.
Spend a day of family-friendly fun awaits at Vana Nava Hua Hin, Asia’s first-ever ‘water jungle’! Slide, swim and splash your way across the 20 Rai site, which has been designed to blend into the tropical landscape that surrounds. Both kids and the adults can enjoy highlights such as the enormous ‘Abyss’ – the largest water slide in Thailand, as well as ‘Vana Nava Falls’ – the largest man-made mountain with a waterfall in Asia. As one of Thailand’s most ecologically aware theme parks, keep your eyes peeled for the abundance of nature here – Vana Nava is home to some 200,000 species of wildlife! Away from the adrenalin-filled slides, you are free to explore the rest of the complex, which includes plenty of shops, restaurants, pools, and open areas with sunlounges for some relaxation under the sun.

Day 7: Departure from Hau Hin to Bangkok Airport (B)
Meet our representative at the lobby of your accommodation, pick-up time will be confirmed beforehand but is typically 2 hours before departure for domestic flights and 3 hours for international.

- Meals other than mentioned in the programme

- Early check-in and late check-out at hotels,
- Any optional tours and services
- Tips and gratuities
- Expenditure of personal nature such as drinks, tips, souvenirs, laundry, etc.
- Travel insurance (cover against all cancellation costs, medical expenses, including repatriation, in the event of accident or illness)
Trip Notes:
– Travelers are highly recommended to purchase Travel Insurance upon commitment of the booking in case of force majeure. Travel Insurance covers such costs as emergency and medical evacuation, hospital fees, property loss, etc. which could possibly happen during the trip.
– Rooms at hotels are available only from 1400 on arrival day till 1200 on departure date. A supplement will be added if early check-in or late check-out is desired.
– The itinerary may subject to change depending on weather conditions and the local situation.
– Reservations during peak times such as Christmas, New Year, Vietnamese Lunar New Year, National Holidays may be subject to supplementary charges.
– If any proposed service is not available at the time of booking, we will try to find alternative and similar option and minimize changes to the program.
– Domestic flights may subject to change or reschedule before departure date
– Vietnam Travel and Cruise is not responsible for any injury, loss, death, inconvenience, delay or damage to personal property in connection with the provision of any goods or services whether resulting from but not limited to acts of God or force majeure, illness, disease, acts of war, civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, animals, strikes or other labor activities, criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, overbooking or downgrading of services, food poisoning, mechanical or other failure of aircraft or other means of transportation or for failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart on time. Additional expenses incurred due to delays, accidents, natural disaster, political actions and unrest, must be covered by the clients. Vietnam Travel and Cruise will make every effort to recoup any losses from the service providers.

Payment:
– A Deposit of AUD$300 per person is required upon confirmation of your booking. This deposit is non-refundable.
– The balance is due 30 days prior to departure. If you fail to pay by the due date we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain your deposit.
– If you make a booking less than 30 days prior to departure, full payment is due within 48 hours.
Cancellation: Any cancellations must be made in witting.
– Cancellation fees apply to all cancelled reservations. The fee is determined by the date written cancellation received by Vietnam Travel and Cruise.
– Cancellation more than 30 days – Loss of deposit
– Cancellation at 30 or less days – 100% of total booking cost

Claims and refunds for unused services
No refunds or exchanges can be made in respect of accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport or any other services, which are included in the tour prices but not utilized by the client.
