Vietnam is one of the most beautiful countries located in the South East Asia. In the North, Vietnam shares the long borderline with China. In the East, Vietnam is bordered by the Gulf of Tonkin, inn the East and South by the South China Sea, in the South West by the Gulf of Thailand, and in the West by Cambodia and Laos. Major cities in Vietnam like Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon), Da Nang and the country’s capital, Hanoi, are vibrant with skyscrapers, pagodas, modern hotels, restaurants, museums and nightclubs. Historical cities like Hue and Hoi An feature royal palaces, emperor tombs and colonial architecture. The quaint town of Sapa in the north offers trips to the mountains and ethnic hill tribe village. Nha Trang, a gorgeous beach resort city on the coast line, is popular for romantic getaways and scuba divers. Rice paddy fields, floating markets, fruit orchards and conical-hatted farmers are frequent scenes of the Mekong Delta down South. The archaeological site of My Son features ancient ruins, and Ha Long Bay is a must-see to believe its misty, unearthly-like appearance.
