Day 1: Saigon arrival
We offer you our warmest welcome. Our tour guide will pick you up at the airport and transfer you to the hotel for checking in. Enjoy the rest of day at your leisure.
Day 2: Saigon city tour & Cu Chi tunnel (B/L)
Visit Cu Chi Tunnels, explore the underground network, and enjoy tea & cassava. Optional shooting experience. After lunch, return to Saigon to see the Independence Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral, Central Post Office, and the War Remnants Museum.
Day 3: Saigon Jeep Tour (B/D)
Begin your evening adventure with a Jeep ride through Saigon’s vibrant nightlife. Explore local culture and cuisine at two restaurants, savoring Saigon’s best dishes.
Experience the city’s iconic landmarks, then end the night at a rooftop bar with stunning panoramic views.
Day 4: Saigon – Can Tho by road – Ninh Kieu night market (B/L)
After breakfast, depart for Can Tho to begin your 3-day Mekong journey. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant and check in to your hotel. In the evening, explore Ninh Kieu Night Market on your own — a lively spot known for instant-print T-shirts, local snacks, sweet soups, and uniquely flavored sugarcane juice.
Day 5: Cai Rang floating market – Can Tho – Chau Doc by road (B/L)
Start your day early with a visit to Cai Rang Floating Market, the vibrant heart of Mekong Delta commerce. Cruise past boats loaded with fresh produce and local goods, and experience life on the water. After the market, enjoy fresh tropical fruits at a local orchard before exploring the peaceful canals. Around 10:00 AM, transfer to Chau Doc and check in at your hotel.
Day 6: Tram Tra Su forest – Can Tho – Danang by flight (B/L)
Start your morning with a peaceful boat ride through the lush Tra Su Forest, home to birds, lotus flowers, and floating duckweed. Visit a local beekeeping area and enjoy panoramic views from the observation tower. After lunch, transfer to Can Tho Airport for your flight to Da Nang, then head to your hotel in Hoi An.
Day 7: Hoian cooking class & walking tour (B/L)
Join a boat trip to a small island, visit local gardens, and learn to make rice paper and rice milk. Prepare 4 dishes: grilled pork, papaya salad, Banh Xeo, and fish. Enjoy a recipe book at the end. After that, start your afternoon with a guided walk through Hoi An Ancient Town, exploring its blend of Vietnamese, Chinese, and Japanese architecture. Day 8: Hoian cycling to Cam Thanh & Tra Que Village (B/L)Cycle to Cam Thanh Village for a basket boat ride through tranquil canals, then head to Tra Que Vegetable Village for a hands-on farming experience. After a relaxing foot massage, learn to make Banh Xeo and enjoy your creation for lunch. Finish with a bike ride back to your hotel, full of unforgettable experiences.
Day 9: Da Nang – Hanoi by flight – Hanoi Vespa tour (B/D)
After breakfast, our car will transfer you to the airport for your flight to Hanoi. Upon arrival, meet your driver and head to your hotel in the Old Quarter. Later, hop on a vintage Vespa for a guided city tour. Explore hidden alleys, bustling markets, and iconic sites like Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Tran Quoc Pagoda, the Temple of Literature, and Long Bien Bridge. End the ride with a delicious Vietnamese meal at Hidden Gem Cafe (vegetarian/vegan options available).
Day 10: Hanoi – Buoc Lom Wharf – Ba Be lake – Puong cave (B/L)
After breakfast, drive to Bac Kan and check in at your homestay. In the afternoon, take a boat trip on the Nang River to Ba Be Lake. Visit Puong Cave, explore An Ma Temple, and if time permits, swim or enjoy bamboo rafting near Ba Goa Islet.
Day 11: Ba Be lake – Ban Gioc waterfall (B/L)
Depart early for Cao Bang. After lunch in Quang Uyen, visit the stunning Ban Gioc Waterfall and explore Nguom Ngao Cave. Return to Cao Bang city and relax at your hotel.
Day 12: Cao Bang – Pac Bo – Hanoi (B/L)
Check out and visit Pac Bo Cave, where President Ho Chi Minh lived after returning to Vietnam. Explore landmarks like Lenin Stream and Karl Marx Mountain. After lunch, drive back to Hanoi.
Day 13: Hanoi – Halong Cruise by shuttle bus (B/L/D)
Escape the hustle of the city and embark on an unforgettable two-day cruise through the breathtaking waters of Ha Long Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Traveling via the new expressway, you’ll reach Hai Phong in just two hours before boarding your cruise. Sail through stunning limestone islands, enjoy fresh seafood meals on board, and take part in activities like kayaking, swimming, and a sunset cooking class. Spend the night on the calm waters of the bay for a truly memorable experience.
Day 14: Halong – Hanoi by shuttle bus (B/L)
Take a local boat to explore the area around Sang Toi Cave. After check-out, return to the pier at the south of the bay and disembark at Got Ferry. We transfer you back to your hotel in Hanoi.
Day 15: Departure (B)
Enjoy your breakfast before heading to the airport for departure flights.

Trip Notes:
– Travelers are highly recommended to purchase Travel Insurance upon commitment of the booking in case of force majeure. Travel Insurance covers such costs as emergency and medical evacuation, hospital fees, property loss, etc. which could possibly happen during the trip.
– Rooms at hotels are available only from 1400 on arrival day till 1200 on departure date. A supplement will be added if early check-in or late check-out is desired.
– The itinerary may subject to change depending on weather conditions and the local situation.
– Reservations during peak times such as Christmas, New Year, Vietnamese Lunar New Year, National Holidays may be subject to supplementary charges.
– If any proposed service is not available at the time of booking, we will try to find alternative and similar option and minimize changes to the program.

– Vietnam Travel and Cruise is not responsible for any injury, loss, death, inconvenience, delay or damage to personal property in connection with the provision of any goods or services whether resulting from but not limited to acts of God or force majeure, illness, disease, acts of war, civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, animals, strikes or other labor activities, criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, overbooking or downgrading of services, food poisoning, mechanical or other failure of aircraft or other means of transportation or for failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart on time. Additional expenses incurred due to delays, accidents, natural disaster, political actions and unrest, must be covered by the clients. Vietnam Travel and Cruise will make every effort to recoup any losses from the service providers.

– A Deposit of AUD$300 per person is required upon confirmation of your booking. This deposit is non-refundable.
– The balance is due 30 days prior to departure. If you fail to pay by the due date we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain your deposit.
– If you make a booking less than 30 days prior to departure, full payment is due within 48 hours.
Cancellation: Any cancellations must be made in witting.
– Cancellation fees apply to all cancelled reservations. The fee is determined by the date written cancellation received by Vietnam Travel and Cruise.
– Cancellation more than 30 days – Loss of deposit
– Cancellation at 30 or less days – 100% of total booking cost

Claims and refunds for unused services
No refunds or exchanges can be made in respect of accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport or any other services, which are included in the tour prices but not utilized by the client.
