Day 1: Dong Hoi Arrival (D)
We offer you our warmest welcome. Our tour guide will pick you up at the airport and transfer you to the hotel for checking in. Enjoy the rest of day at your leisure. Have a welcome dinner at hotel.
Day 2: Phong Nha trekking tour (B/L)
Trekking tour through the jungle and visit primitive caves. Trekking distance: 9km, optional swimming: 600m.
Day 3: Cycling Tour to Bong Lai Valley (B/L)
Cycle 10km through peaceful countryside to Bong Lai Valley. Visit a local farm, ride a buffalo, lead ducks, and enjoy steamed sweet potatoes. Then hop on a boat to Funky Beach—expect muddy paths, shallow rivers, and lots of fun!
Day 4: Phong Nha – Hue by private car (B)
After breakfast, our driver will pick you up and transfer you to Hue. The journey takes approximately 3 to 3.5 hours by car. In the afternoon, enjoy free time and join a yoga session (according to the resort’s schedule). Relax and make the most of your stay.
Day 5: Hue city tour by motorbike (B/L)
Start your day with a yoga session (according to the resort’s schedule). Hop on a motorbike for an unforgettable half-day tour through Hue’s countryside. After a quick safety briefing, ride pillion through ancient pagodas, war ruins, royal tombs, traditional villages, and former Viet Cong hideouts — perfect for photography lovers. Enjoy a wholesome Buddhist vegetarian lunch at a monastery or peaceful pagoda.
Day 6: Hue – Hoian by road (B/L)
Start your day with a yoga session (according to the resort’s schedule). At 09:00, after breakfast, your guide and driver will pick you up for a scenic 160km journey from Hue to Da Nang, passing the dramatic Hai Van Pass and Lang Co. Upon arrival, transfer to Hoi An for hotel check-in and relaxation in this charming ancient town.

Day 7: My Son Sanctuary & Street food tour (B/L/D)
Start your day with a yoga session (according to the resort’s schedule). Enjoy a scenic drive to My Son Sanctuary, explore ancient Cham temples, and discover their fascinating history. After lunch, return to Hoi An and join a guided food tour featuring six local favorites like Banh Mi, Cao Lau, and Banh Xeo. End the day with a green tea cocktail experience before heading back to your hotel.

Day 8: Hoian cooking class (B/L)
Start your day with a yoga session (according to the resort’s schedule). Join a boat trip to a small island, visit local gardens, and learn to make rice paper and rice milk. Prepare 4 dishes: grilled pork, papaya salad, Banh Xeo, and fish. Enjoy a recipe book at the end.

Day 9: Bana Hills – Golden Bridge tour (B/L/D)
Start your day with a yoga session (according to the resort’s schedule). Our guide and driver will take you to Ba Na Hills. Ride the world’s longest cable car with scenic views of Vong Nguyet Hills, Linh Ung Pagoda, and more. After lunch, visit the Golden Bridge supported by giant hands and explore the Fantasy Park. Return to your hotel in the afternoon. Have a farewell dinner at restaurant.
Day 10: Departure (B)
Enjoy your breakfast before heading to the airport for departure flights.

Trip Notes:
– Travelers are highly recommended to purchase Travel Insurance upon commitment of the booking in case of force majeure. Travel Insurance covers such costs as emergency and medical evacuation, hospital fees, property loss, etc. which could possibly happen during the trip.
– Rooms at hotels are available only from 1400 on arrival day till 1200 on departure date. A supplement will be added if early check-in or late check-out is desired.
– The itinerary may subject to change depending on weather conditions and the local situation.
– Reservations during peak times such as Christmas, New Year, Vietnamese Lunar New Year, National Holidays may be subject to supplementary charges.
– If any proposed service is not available at the time of booking, we will try to find alternative and similar option and minimize changes to the program.

– Vietnam Travel and Cruise is not responsible for any injury, loss, death, inconvenience, delay or damage to personal property in connection with the provision of any goods or services whether resulting from but not limited to acts of God or force majeure, illness, disease, acts of war, civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, animals, strikes or other labor activities, criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, overbooking or downgrading of services, food poisoning, mechanical or other failure of aircraft or other means of transportation or for failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart on time. Additional expenses incurred due to delays, accidents, natural disaster, political actions and unrest, must be covered by the clients. Vietnam Travel and Cruise will make every effort to recoup any losses from the service providers.

– A Deposit of AUD$300 per person is required upon confirmation of your booking. This deposit is non-refundable.
– The balance is due 30 days prior to departure. If you fail to pay by the due date we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain your deposit.
– If you make a booking less than 30 days prior to departure, full payment is due within 48 hours.
Cancellation: Any cancellations must be made in witting.
– Cancellation fees apply to all cancelled reservations. The fee is determined by the date written cancellation received by Vietnam Travel and Cruise.
– Cancellation more than 30 days – Loss of deposit
– Cancellation at 30 or less days – 100% of total booking cost

Claims and refunds for unused services
No refunds or exchanges can be made in respect of accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport or any other services, which are included in the tour prices but not utilized by the client.
