Day 2: Yangon – Bagan – Discovery (Guide) (B/-/-)
Today we fly to Bagan very early in the morning (The only direct flight to Bagan), Myanmar’s archeological wonderland, where over 3,000 ancient temples blossom from the countryside. Have an early breakfast at the hotel then drive to the airport to catch your short, in-country flight to Bagan. Start your tour with a trip to the bustling Nyang U Market in Old Bagan then explore the beautiful, gold-leaf Shwezigon pagoda and learn about the Burmese Buddhist tradition. We continue our tour with a visit to Ananda temple, stopping along the way in the Bagan plain to admire some of the surrounding temples. In the afternoon, take a tour of a local lacquer wear workshop and learn about this traditional craft. Then enjoy the sunset by boat along the Ayerwaddy river. Overnight at hotel in Bagan.
Day 3: Bagan Sightseeing (By Car,Horse Cart & Guide) (B/-/-)
After breakfast, We start with the exotic horse cart to one of the biggest temple in Bagan: Nan Paya pagoda and many other interesting sites nearby, continue with sightseeing to Minkaba Gubyaukyi Temple, experience the architectural difference in MyaZedi pagoda before heading to Manuha Temple. The highlight of today is the panoramic sunset view from the second highest pagoda of Bagan the ShweSandaw pagoda. Overnight at hotel in Bagan.
Day 4: Bagan – Mt.Popa – Bagan (By Car & Guide) (B/-/-)
After having breakfast at the hotel,the guide will pick you to the Mt.Popa. Your guide will lead you all to a pagoda before leaving Bagan. The special activity, on the way to Mt.Popa, is to enjoy the fresh toddy palm juice in a shop and you can know the ways of life of the people in the toddy palm forest, how to get the toddy palm juice, how to make palm sugar and how the whole toddy tree is useful for people. After that he will go to Mt Popa which is thse extinct volcano and the holy place for the animist. You can see the picturesque scenery on the peak of the mountain.After exploring the Mt. Popa , the guide will lead you to a restaurant on the way back to hotel.After taking a rest at the hotel, you guide will bring you all to the jetty to pass your time on the Sunset Boat in the Arrawaddy River before the evening. Day 5: Bagan – Mandalay (Amarapura-Innwa-Sagaing) (By Flight, Car, Boat & Horse Cart) (B/-/-)
After having breakfast at the hotel, the guide and driver will transfer you to airport for a flight to Mandalay in the morning. Arrive Mandalay and explore to three destination:Amarapura,Innwa(Ava) and Sagaing which are the vicinity of Mandalay in first day.In Amarapura city, we will go to U Pein Bridge which is the world longest teak bridge and Mahagandayon Monastery where hundreds of young Novice (Sanga) studying Buddhist Literatures with strikly obeying rule and regulation of the Monastery according to Buddha teaching. And then we will go to the Innwa (Ava) across the river by boat. In Ava,we will explore to Bargayar Monastery where you can see the Monasteric Education which is still running,Nan Myint Tower(Palace Tower) which is like the Leaning Tower and Mal Nu Oak Kyaung .After exploring the Innwa we will have dinner at a restaurant.An then, we will keep going to the Sagaing.In Sagaing,we will visit to U Min Thone Sal(Thirty Caves) which was built in 11th century and has 30 gates,Son Oo Ponya Shin which was built in 13 century and the Kaung Hmu Daw Pagoda. Which is Dome-Shaped. Overnight at hotel in Mandalay.
Day 6: Mandalay – Mingun – Mandalay (By Car, Boat & Guide) (B/-/-)
After having breakfast at the hotel,the guide and the driver will pick you to the jetty to take ferry to Mingoon which is the upper part of the Irrawaddy River.When we arrive in the jetty in Mingoon,we will visit to Settawya Pagoda, Mingun Pahtotawgyi which is the biggest unfinished pagoda, the world biggest ringing Mingun Bell , Daw Oo Soon Infirmary, and Myatheintan Pagoda.After that,we will come back to Mandalay and start the city tour in Mandalay. Mandalay half day sightseeing; visit to Mahamuni Pagoda, Kyauktawgyi Pagoda a large Buddha image carved out of a single block of marble, Shwenandaw Monastery (Golden Palace) noted for its exquisite wood carving, Kuthodaw Pagoda known as the world’s Biggest Book for its stone slabs of Buddhist scriptures, Sulamani Pagoda. Mandalay Palace and in the evening enjoy the sunset from Mandalay Hill. Overnight at hotel in Mandalay.
Day 7: Mandalay – Inle Lake (By Flight, Car,Boat & Guide) (B/-/-)
Leave Mandalay for Heho. Inle Lake, the second largest lake in Myanmar, located 900m above sea level and is home to unique one leg rower Intha people.Upon arrival, board on motorboat for a sightseeing tour to Phaungdawoo Pagoda, famed for its richly gilded five small Buddha images, also is believed the holiest in Inle Lake. Our next visit is Ngaphechaung monastery, known as jumping cat pagoda. As you travel further to Nam Pan village; cotton and lotus weaving factory, cigar making houses will impress you with a sense of traditional Intha life. Overnight at hotel in Inle.
Day 8: Inle – Indein – Inle Lake (By Boat & Guide) (B/-/-)
This morning, you will visit the 5 days market which is hold in different villages surround the lake. This is definitely a fascinating place to enjoy the scene of local tribes in their colorful clothes and exotic market atmosphere.After lunch, the boat will travel down a small canal leading to the Pa-oh village of Indein. Explore the area on foot, strolling around the village, stopping to chat to the locals and observe their traditional lifestyles. Then wander through the beautiful Alaung Sitthou area, filled with picturesque stupas and has magnificent views of the lake. And it will take you to beautiful temple of Indein, located on the hill overlooking the lake. It will be definitely relaxing to walk along the corridor and enjoy the giant columns which have been left to the nature for centuries. Overnight at hotel in Inle.
Day 9: Heho – Yangon (By Flight, Car,Boat & Guide) (B/-/-)
Upon arrival you will do check in procedure and our tour guide & will bring you to the downtown area so that you can see the ways of life of the local people and the colonial buildings built in early 20 century. You’ll start at the post office – a lovely historic building- and walk to Sule Paya in the middle of downtown, passing by Strand Hotel, Mahabandoola Garden and Independence Monument along the way. And then visit to the Chuck Htat Gyi Reclining Buddha image, a small stop in front of the Aung San Su Kyi’s house to take photo and you can take a rest at the hotel before the afternoon sightseeing. At Afternoon, the driver will pick you to the Great Shwe Dagon Pagoda which is one of the wonders of the world and to Bogyoke Market, formerly known as Scott’s Market, where there is time to browse through the dozens of stalls and shops. This is Yangon’s best market for handicrafts and other goods. (Note: Market is closed on Mondays and public holidays). Then visit Little India and China town, a colorful cacophony of restaurants, temples and markets. Overnight at hotel in Yangon.

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel. Sightseeing and other activities in Yangon on your own or your guide’s arrangement before your flight time.Upon your flight time, transfer to Yangon Airport for your departure with sweet memory.

Trip Notes:

– The balance is due 30 days prior to departure. If you fail to pay by the due date we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain your deposit.
– If you make a booking less than 30 days prior to departure, full payment is due within 48 hours.
Cancellation: Any cancellations must be made in witting.
– Cancellation fees apply to all cancelled reservations. The fee is determined by the date written cancellation received by Vietnam Travel and Cruise.

– Cancellation at 30 or less days – 100% of total booking cost

No refunds or exchanges can be made in respect of accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport or any other services, which are included in the tour prices but not utilized by the client.
